Easy. He would have to go some to beat the amount of plugs you and Stevo get.
BTW, did I mention that my brother has a tyre and exhaust place in Luton? Does mobile fitting too. Specialises in 4x4s.
How was Devils Pit? Was that big enough to qualify for a discount next time, Kath?
      It's only a hobby!

Nice to see that Eddie finally sorted out the web site. I spent quite a bit of time down there a few months ago, Eddie was kind enough to show me around and especially show off that BJ40 that appeared in 4x4 magazine with a 2H engine out of a 60 series LC (So i suppose it should be an HJ40!!).

They certainly have a very well set up operation there.

            Hi Andy.

Yes I spoke to Eddie yesterday about some WARN premium hubs. He told me if there is interest in the Warn hubs he would order more. I've only had my Surf a few months, straight from Japan. But I've owned Land Rovers 16 years and knew about Frogs Island years ago in the Land Rover world. I'm not into off roading apart from the odd green lane outing, but he certainly seemed to know what he was talking about. I think if you had the money and took your Surf down there, they could trick it up a treat.

            Andy.

By the way, Eddie said the online shop would be up and running in the next week or so. I told him he should do well, as there is nothing easier than ordering stuff on the computer and it get's delivered to your door.

He was talking about square section ally built expedition luggage racks, that they bolt to your roof. They sounded wicked. Only for the Surfer that loves all his off road gear on show though I think!

They seem to have really got into the Toyota Thing lately, as Eddie said to me, they always were just a Landrover shop but nowdays for expedition stuff they would tend to go with an LC, however they have also got into the Surf/4Runner quite a lot as well. They aren't the cheapest around for anything but as you say they certainly know their stuff and won't send you down a blind alley with stuff that isn't fit for purpose.

Just as an aside, has he sold those two BJ 45 pickups he had. They would make a nice project for someone, pity I don't have the space, time or money to take them off his hands.

Definatley a better site...mor intuitive to use. Like the look of the Windcheetah set-up from Front Runner in africa [zambia domain at least].

The overland trips displayed on the link look appertising also. Just need the cash now to add a few extras before taking a trip.

I was joking, there was enough smilies in the reply!!!

You missed the context, there was three threads about it in a row when I logged on that day, I thought it amusing.

I got the jist of it Tony. Maybe my attempt at humour backfired. I was just taking advantage and getting my plugs in.
