Its probably an electric fault somewhere.. Mine flickers when i go over speedbumps and off road

no, there are little metal bits on the pads, so when the pads wear out enough they touch the discs and it makes a squealing noise.

Ah, so its gotta b the handbrake switch then? (probably) I will investigate. Is it easy to get at?
