The music is apparently Wizards in Winter by the 'Trans-Siberian Orchestra'.

And the video is a bit of film trickery. It was done by lighting the lights up in specific combinations, taking photoes, then stringing them all together into a video and adding the sound-track.

Doesn't alter the fact that it's pretty stunning.

Apparently the music is broadcast on a low power radio. So if you are in the area you can tune in and get the full effect. I suspect however, that the music was overdubbed on the video so it came through properly.
