its one thing to hit small time veg users like myself with tax hike.
But these guys have been processing the stuff and its their part of their business/income source - to be hit with tax hike and huge backtax bill will scupper them...

looks like HMCE are slowly going through the registered lower rate users and writing to them. Hope people on here dont get hit with large back-tax bills...

I was just wondering, after reading Andy Cooks post, that what would happen regarding fuel duty, if I was in France or Germany with my truck and I filled the tank with veg.oil and then drove straight back to 'Blighty' and was then pulled over and spot checked.

And of course the fact that they have "consulted" fuel producing companys in reaching this decision (ie. the BIG fuel producers) before coming to this conclusion would have nothing to do with this would it....

Just phoned them, they have had to increace their price to 86.9 because of the hike in tax making them dearer than asda derv
looks like the battle could be hotting up as they are and have enlisted support from MP's etc
perhaps you guys on here actively writing letters etc might like to contact them as they have been active in production for over 2 years aparently and an exchange of views can only lead to a better case to attack this shamefull scam by HMC&E and blair and his cronies 01752 349840 is their number
I am going to give them the forum link when I go tomorrow - they seemed interested!
