Any good quality (BS6580) coolant with 50% (up to 70% is OK) Ethyene-Glycol content.

Use a good quality Ethy Glycol anti freeze. I've got blue in mine. You can buy the RED from any motor factors. The Toyota stuff is the same, it's just long life stuff (5yrs and 100,000 miles I think).

Use de-mineralised water when you fill the system up though. You can get distilled water in 5 gallon drums for not much money.
