does any one know where to find torque settings for a 2.2l petrol hilux engine from a mk3. cheers

the torque settings of the head bolts theres 8 bolts, and the cam bolts theres 4 of them. cheers

What year and engine code is it, also do you mean the camshaftt sprocket or carrier.

What is it? a 4Y or 20R?

If its the 4Y, Head bolts are 14mm bolts - pregressively up to 65ft/lb and the 12mm bolts 14ft/lb. Rocker shaft bolts are 17ft/lb.

If its the 20R Head bolts are 25/40/62 ft/lb. Cam bolts are 15ft/lb.

Having said that, aways go by the torque settings that come with the head gasket, as they will have developed to match that gasket.
