Springs again

I have been reading the threads on rear end lift, I have just fitted the milners
2" uprated springs, I have some noticeable lift but the old ones were totally
sh???ed. can I wind down on the front torsion bar to bring the nose
down a little, or am I going about this the wrong way

You shouldn't need to mess with the front, unless someone has already lifted it, What the measurement from the top of the wheel, to the wheel arch?

You should have the truck looking at least level from the side, maybe a little 'pert' at the back even after fitting new springs.

But yes, you can alter the torsion bars to adjust the front.

Milners dont sell 2" lift springs. They only sell %20 up rated ones. Thats why ive had some made up that give the same lift as landcruiser HDJ80 coils but are less stiff, same as Milners spec on rate. My arse is about 1.5" higher than the 2" lift coils from Explorer UK.

Dont mean to sound like a know it all you know its just the milners srpings get mixed up all the time

Extended rear brake line, hand brake cable adjusted, procomp rear shocks as these are slightly longer same as supplied with 2" lift kit, extenstion plate for brake bias valve...

These are the "extras" you'll need with the Landcruiser HD 80 springs......
from left to right......Brake bias valve raised the same amount that the rear of truck raised.
Three way brake line "tee" raise an inch,( I used a pice of copper tube)
Panhard rod drop bracket.(I made my own but you can buy them for about £40) To keep the panhard rod as parallel to the rear axel as possible.
