The one at the top as it says on the tin needs bodywork sorting at least, any theories on what questions or checks would be interesting cunnign or otherwise?
Presume (logic mode on) that it'd need a healthy chunck of cash throwing at it but just got me thinking/tempted & thought i'd see what the experts thought?

Aha actually just called up about it & no surprises & chap seemed very honest & up front in that it would need some work c/o sitting around for 18months. He had taken it for MOT & was expecting it to pass OK with usual handbrake & brake adjustments as it had always needed? but it did fail as "bed" was swiss cheese. How much we likely to be looking at to whack a new one in for that (go on scare me off cause i couldn't weld owt to save my life) + cab is rusty round windows etc. Engine put in a few years back by friend or such like & servicing not done in garage or owt so just bog standard oil changes etc presumably....
No surprises then given price etc then & obvious answer is dont touch it but thought i'd see what thoughts there were as i say from expertese on here?

If the bed is rusted through, cut it off and chequer plate it or turn it into a woody (depending on your carpentry skills).
      It's only a hobby!

Ideally looking for a cab but that does sound sweet as, idea of V8 does also float my boat as sumina bit differnt (& after the joys of rotary engine in me other toy fancied a big V8 burbling)
