Just wanted to thank Tony for all his (free) advice.
Without his words of wisdom, my surf would now be sitting in a s**** yard.
As of 8am GMT on Friday 14th 2005 my Surf lives again.
That is when they take the hire car off me

The good Dr Anglegrinder has saved another Surf from an uncertain future
Just out of curiosity, how many of us have been assisted by the good Dr A?

Certainly many occasions on both wifey and my Surfs, with an uncanny ability to diagnose faults over the phone (eg listening to the noise the truck made when engaging gear)

Well, when you decide to move up north, so the horses can chase the surfs through cannock chase, then you are more than welcome to come round for a cuppa and a selection of rich tea and digestives.
Might even have a tube of smarties if you are good!

We'd love to move to have the option of land, but don't think we'd get the same business oop north... not sure... maybe one day.

Start up another depo in the midlands.
You can get all the brummy chav's coming in with their pugs and stuff.
Would give Tony hours of fun cutting them up with the Anglegrinder!
