Drink Problem? No problem!

Is it a sign that one has a drink problem if one is drinking Pernod, with fresh orange juice, becuase it is the only alchohol in the house?

What have you been known to imbibe when you favourite brew in not available?

After a late shift there was only gin and fresh orange juice.......took me ages to force it down...........

Pernod is probably at the very bottom of the list of bevvies I would partake in,and that includes meths,lighter fuel,etc etc.It's ****** VILE!

Oh robd a a man after my own heart! I think the worst we've drunk when desperate (with a group of like minded drunkards after the pub) is the 5 pack of bols liquers including creme de menthe and the banana one which we bought on a ferry! and a word of advice - don't look down the pan the next day!

A snack to go with the drink

Tam's gone to her brothers for the night so I am bored . When bored and had a drink, I eat . Had some whisky , so ate the left over curry from last night . Still hungry so raided the cupboards and found a Christmas pud . So heated in the microwave and found some Bird's instant custard and am now like a pig in s**t , happy .
