Winch fitting

been looking into winch options (again!) found this piccy saved on my pc not sure of any details, think i found it here so someone should now about it! is it the one sold on this very forum?

cheers for the info toy funds just taken a hit, new heavy duty side steps, well they were �100 off! so winch gone back a bit for now.
