Has been down for some days now and, I assume, the plug has been pulled for some reason.
If a hypothetical person was in the middle of downloading the manual and has now only got half a booklet they would (hypothetically of course) require a copy of the manual on cd or something.
I am not condoning piracy or anything, (naturally)

but if someone has a copy of this handbook they could send me, I'll forward it on to them!!!
