Speedo Change

Has anyone fitted a MPH facia to their speedo? If so, what are your top tips? I have just bought a '93 2.4 and it came with the facia (from Milners) that the previous owner never got round to changing. Having seen the fitting instructions on the web I can see why they never bothered...
