I saw a marked traffic car with film crew who had just pulled someone over last night, near Emsworth on the A259 - so well outside the areas in that email - perhaps they are covering a much wider area than that (and obviously not just the unmarked cars either).

I do recall a TV program on Traffic Cops that covered the M27 Junction 7 (Hedge End) to M271 at Pompey. Not sure which one it was tho!
