YIPPEE. We sold our house in MAY and after a few problems with our buyers Mortgage Company we are finally Echanging Contracts Tomorrow.
STRESS is @ 99% but is starting to slowly go down BRING IT ON.

Cheers Guys im not moving again. The 10 Year old THUG is getting bigger & our place is getting smaller. So the 2 Bed flat has to go & we will be the proud owners of a 3 bed Semi with a back door. Also comes with an upstairs & a downstairs. At least i can park 3 cars on the driveway unlike the 6 cars at the moment.

Well after all that stress over the last 19 weeks it gets worse.
We were all supposed to exchange today but the solicitor for the person whose house we are buying didnt call my Solicitor back to agree the Echange. So in the morning we exchange i hope .
