I made the effort and gave it a spin today. It was OK I suppose, the severe lack of mud made it a bit boring cos it is a very small course. Chatting to regulars there one bit which usually had water over the bonnet was just 3 or 4 " of mud at the bottom. It is quite a damaging course though, my S3 has a nice pattern down the side from the side wall of the mainly sunken tracks. I don't really care if it gets some battle scars but don't go if you want to keep your 4x4 shiny. No Surfs there, loads of Landys, Zuks & some fairly modified Discos. All in all not too bad but I don't think I'll spend a tank of petrol going there & back in a hurry. Mind you I'm going shooting near there at the end of Jan so if it is raining on the Sunday and no shooting then I know where I'll be going.
