It'd be unusual for the mag to have a go at the copyright issue over this. We all know it goes on, and unless it's abused most mags can't be bothered to make an issue of it if it's just a one-off. If it was done every month though, that'd be a different story.

I think it'll be ok, after all, the bad PR itself wouldn't be worth it.
