    WAS IT YOU?

I saw what looked to be a dark blue / green "L" reg'd surf today parked by the Bonjour (Budgens) garage in Stevenage. If so.. and a nice one. I would have stopped to talk, but I had to be somewhere, besides, I was in a courtesy car (Nissan poxy Micra) cos some daft woman put me into the central reservation on the Gunnels wood road off the R/A opp ICL. So be careful, the barrier is still typically in the Stevenage council way, NOT REPAIRED.
I can vouch for the sturdiness of our beloved Surfs, as I and my son became human crash test dummies and walked away ok, apart from our dirty stained knickers.
Anyway, 4 weeks later and I'm still waiting for my baby to come home, fortunately I was able to give the repairers this web address and a few other parts suppliers addresses, to which he instantly stopped rubbing his chin and umming and arrghing and said he has been looking at buying a P*je*o/Sh*g*n, to which I replied this site will be just what he was looking for and he couldnt go wrong with a Surf. Lets hope I've managed to convert this man and maybe some goodies could be had by all from a coachbuilder contact.

      Hi Tony.

I didnt get round to posting my prang on here and it didnt make the locals either. I guess it was just another mundane accident to them, but if only they knew how much I am aching for my Surf. I nearly cried when he said it could be written off, but once they got it in the shop and had a better look at it, it was deemed repairable

Dunno.... I thought about that, so I have made a note of the mileage but I guess ya could'nt blame him if he did tho.
Koi .... I got her details mate and to be straight with ya, she's been really helpful, but I think she got a frit when my 6' frame stepped out of my Surf doing an impression of the Haka.
            Ho hum, still we wait....

He knows a good car when he sees one... I always used to have to take my car to the garage until I had the surf - now they insist on picking it up from home and delivering it back!!!
