AND I HAVE E-MAILED E-BAY to ask for advise wot to do

and as he pressed buy now will e-bay expect there cut still if the buyer does not proceed??

it has a confirm page you have to go through... and ebay does say it's legally binding...

yeah, you click "buy it now" then it goes to another page for you to confirm that you really want to buy it... then onto the "you have won" page

The guy sounds a bit of a muppet.
He knew exactly what he was doing, it's not easy to make a mistake like that.

I had a similar one last week, I was selling a stormtrooper helmet and the guy who won came up with the excuse that his son bid on it without his knowledge , I was willing to give him the benifit of the doubt till I read his appauling feedback.

I'd make him atleast pay the listing fees.

                Andy.

make sure you message your bidders so they know the score... don't wanna lose them if you re-list it!

has anyone come to look at yours?
mine's at £5500 and i've only had one question!
