Well chuffed with this. Cannot believe the power difference after the 2.4.
I now have to fit an alarm. Would prefer to fit myself. Anyone done this on a 3rd gen? Any info welcome.

Is it intercooled, or is the hood scoop for letters?

Very sweet, you must be very proud!
Ref alarm, I would advise paying a pro to do it, then if it goes wrong you have some comeback!
Ok nicely done, when we dry off we can go find the boat!

I think you will find that your insurance company will only accept the alarm if it is professionally fitted and will require a certificate to prove it.
Also you will probably save the cost of fitting on your insurance premiums over the years.
Laugh!!! I nearly bought my own beer.

you can fit it yourself and then get it certified... but most dealers won't sell them un-fitted... and the cost of the alarm and certification can't be much different than getting it fitten anyway.
