i think the guy selling is in dream land
i saw anther truck think it was a y reg on ebay and the guy had listed what he spent. mainly respray, spots ,lift, all proffesionally done and he thinks i should b worth £8k ..... dream on lmao

I used to listen to the festival for free from the top of the Evening post building in the late seventies early eighties, is it still there?

I think I'm getting to old when my kids tell me who is playing

The last time I saw / listened to the festival, the whole field was there. the only building was the hotel by the bridge.
Me and my mates used to earn a few 'bob' collecting rubbish after the event.

Things have changed then .
theres a leasure centre,beef eater thing along there b4 the
bridge,Mercy Benz across the road have finaly relised to take
the cars off the forcourt because they get trashed.Only taken
a few years.
I do feel sorry for the hippys they get right ripped off by
some of the traders around the site charging silly money for
water/drinks burgers etc.But I spose thats all part and parcle
of the week end!!!!

i went to the pheonix years back, it was hot as a 2.4 bonnet and they wanted a fiver for half a litre of water! people were dropping all over the place so they sent in a few water bowsers, when people started fighting over the water, i decided i was too old for any more festivals.. shame really, bowie was pretty damn cool...
