Does anyone have any spare switch bulbs?. The local stealership wants £3.86 each for these or does anyone know where else I can get some. Or would it be possible to replace with leds instead.

I'm sure the bulb can be pulled out of the base. If you can pull it out, you can buy replacement bulbs from 'MotorChav' outlets, normally hanging on the racks with all the other vehicle lightbulbs. -

The bulbs can be pulled out of the rubber 'base' and new ones fitted in.

From the picture it looks like the bulb could be a 286 (12v 1.2w) Hal£ords do them at about £1.85 any decent car shop should have them.
............. Unless you have a surf!

tried 286 bulbs they are too big even taking the wedge off of the bottom they still dont fit . I worked in a ford/alfa/daihatsu/seat dealers for 8 years and I've not seen a bulb like this before. when its removed from the holder it looks more like an led in size.Comment
