Someone bashed my Surf...

My g/f has had a little bash in the Surf...

A bloke in a Merc tried to go three exits on the inside or her on a roundabout.... fooker is trying to blame her... luckily we have four witness'.

Thing is..

its going to be end of September before the repairer even gets the parts..... and its costing £4k + to repair....

I thought they would of wrote it off, its a 96 Series 3..

Sorry to hear that mate. Try to screw an equivalent vehicle out of the insurers as a courtesy car. Insist that you need a 4x4 and not a Smart Car.

Sorry to hear that mate but try the whiplash card its worth a try and of course you need another 4x4 as a replacement while they fix yours its only fare.
