i'd get a cat... they catch the mice before they get in the house!... you can't realy leave a snake to wander the front room! (mind you, i doubt snakes pee on the carpet!)

Cornsnakes can bite OUCH & yes it hurts. My mate had one it kept escaping, I found it in the breadbin Scared me to death as it bit me.

I used to keep one of them, grew to about four and a half ft in the end!

my mate had a snake (dunno what it was, but it was small and yellow!)... that used to bite, but only if he'd fed it live mice... apparently they're better on dead food cos they don't try killing everything that moves then!

(although i haven't got a clue about snakes!)

I heard the reason they are feed frozen mice (thaw before feeding to the snake) is because of disease.Freezing kills the bugs so the snakes don't get sick.Is that true?
