What to look for in a 2.4

About to get a 2.4 for towing my race car, anything to look out for that is a common fault.

It will rear its ugly head sometime so..................

early 2.4 had a batch of basdly designed heads fitted, there was a local recall in Japan for them. So its a bit of a lottery if you get one with a bad head, one with the new designed head under recall or one that had a new designed head fitted from new.
Look out for one that has had a new head fitted with receipts to prove it, then you should be just fine.
Check all electric windows mirrors etc

just make sure its blue in colour as any other colour seems 2 b dodgy
and blue 1's r faster...
