  • Wind Deflector Parts

    Hello Peeps,

Just dug out my wind / weather deflectors that go on the front windows , but cant find the attachments , plus I dont know what it is I'm looking for . I Think I want to put them back on !

What do I need ? It has all the little clips that clip around the door , but there are two screw holes in each one . then all I need to do is get hold of some black door insultor type foam to go around the inside f it , as the old stuff has perished.

Thanks for our help , I will put it in the wanted section when I know what I need !

    Cheers

As far as i know, you should have the deflectors themselves, the metal clips to clip to the door frame, and a number of little plastic pop rivets.

I removed mine recently but it's pretty hard to do without totally mutilating the rivets.

Mine are fitted with little spring clips that are bolted with machine screws through the plastic, these just clip into the window rubber. They just pull on & off. I have no idea what they used to stick them to the car with but whatever it was it didn't stick to the perspex but did it stick to the car.
Parts of your engine go up, stop then go back! Mm!
