Personal Plates

Where are all the ???5URF number plates ?
I've trawled through all the specialist agencies, DVLA etc etc but not one plate ending in 5 URF.
How many members on this forum have got these plates, they must be out there somewhere !
Apart from that, what other interesting mud plugging plates are on here?

Looks like they have all been issued as regular numbers, or held back by DVLA. One came up at DVLA auction a couple of years ago B165 URF and fetched £1,500. RF was a Staffordshire code, UR was Hertforshire. DVLA tends to keep the most obvious combinations for auction 'cos they can make more money with them that way - to pay for idiots to dream up irritations like SORN and now probably continuous licencing - jeez. They use computers to trawl for higher value combinations and withdraw them from general elective issue.

I have a personal plate.....its the one that was provided by the DVLA and as I guess, you have one also

well I'm pretentious and have one on mine so there! I wanted a plate as close as I could get to THE SDV and settled for a french theme L4 SDV

Can't talk about the DVLA, but from what I have seen the pipeline from C&E is more like a bendy straw !!!!!

I have an old ford fiesta in my dad's barn, reg is ANL 6V.

If anyone thinks the reg ANL6 would say something about them, we could do a deal...

my DVLA V317 to change registrations was waiting when got home from work so just gotta wait for new surf reg doc V5 now
then i can do it.
will have to use the 2.4 monday till then as from monday as tax on black one runs out and want the pop plate on with pop reg on tax disc or looks bit dodgy to me otherwise
and it will give me a chance to have one last commute to work in "shirley"
