I have seen a 4Runner on the Northbound M1 a few times, personal plate *4RUN, usually between J4 and J11.

A15 URF or A1 SURF as it could read is for sale for about £17k on one of the personal plate sites.
Was looking at trying to get mine registered on a Northern Irish plate but it costs about £500 and takes about 5 weeks-hardly worth the hassel.
often thought ther must be scope for a website that tells who owns personal plates.Comment
