            Hi Mate,

I suspect that you found out about this already but Nova and Madison are agencies. Basically you go on the agencies books (Become employed by them) and they handle all of the businees side of things such as getting clients, tacho, paying tax and paying you.

            Rich.

yeah, slightly different... you work for any agency, but get paid through nova or maddisson... they set up a ltd company on your name, pay you a small salary and handle all your expenses (travel, uniform cleaning etc)... then the rest of your money is paid as a dividend (apparently)... works out that you can take home 30% more cash in your pocket.

That's an interesting way of doing it!

You are a Director of your company and you pay them a fee to run it fo you! You take the minimum wage you can survive on and reduce your income tax bill. The dividends are then paid to you at a lower tax.

Something I am just about to with my company! No bugga is going to run it for me though!

                R.

the fee is (i think) £7.50 a week... it's calculated on your hourly rate from the agency... goes up in stages... i.e £5 = <£10 ph, £7.50 = 10-20ph etc.

so not much considering they sort all your paperwork and at the end of it all you take home more anyway.
