Hi, Go to the top of the screen, click on tools then 'Internet options'
then click on 'Advanced' tab, then scroll down to 'multimedia' and make sure the box that says; 'play videos in web pages' is ticked. that should do it.

I have Tiscali broadband, only £15.99 a month installation is free and you can do it on line. you'll need a broadband modem, which they will post to you, just plug it into your phone socket and Roberts your mothers brother!.......see here.
