Tell you what that does not look like a 10 inch lift. I have something similar and it only has a 4 inch body lift, big wheels and tyres.

Probably is close to 10" total lift (with the 35" tyres) 4" suspension lift+3" body lift +2.5" for 35" tyres. He's asking a bit much for it though £8K tops.
