If you dont intend to use it top ups ok, but if you really want to use the sauce then you are really gonna have to have it top down to do so.

Gotta be top down really doesn't it? Makes sense... that way when you've got your sauce bottles mounted on the wall with optics on 'em you can still read what they are!Rob
