I know Im old and my eyesight is failing but at first reading it looks like youre asking if WOMEN glow plugs could cause black smoke. I finally realised you meant WORN but had typed WORNEN. There was me wondering what a women glow plug was and for that matter what a man glowplug was. What a train of thought that is.

hi major prob with 2.4 is egr system for black smoke ,that is after checking air filter and using diesal treatment.if these two fail block egr vacume control pipe and usaly does trick
