Got me another Surf - yeeeee ha!

At last, after 9 months without one the withdrawal symtoms, (violent shaking my fists at car drivers, getting stuck in mud again, etc ) finally got myself another Surf

Actually it was 'er indoors that pushed for one, and even sold her two year old car to fund it Who said that women belong in the kitchen? Not me of course

Got myself a 3.0 SSR V Ltd, slightly older than the other one this time at a late L reg, but it has less miles and as far as I can tell so far (no extended test yet ) it is in better condition. Have already used a tank full of fuel getting used to it which means I haven't been able to do any decorating - what a great excuse

Anyway, glad to be back and look foward to meeting up with ya in the near future,

imagine that surf in your rear view mirror if you were driving a normal car! that would scare me slightly with the size of that bullbar on the front! makes parking easy though

The bullbar is an audable parking aid, as it the wheel on the back, you stop when you hear the crunch safe in the knowledge that, if you been going slowly, your car is undamaged !

Pops, could have been me, I have driven about 300 miles in just over a week - just to get used to a Surf again of course!! The animal cage is for the wife when she tries to get the keys!!!
