Sorry Slugsie, I wasnt clear but its Bamber Bridge end of the M65, south of preston to make it easier for those from Bpool, Burnley, Preston etc, to convoy down to the meet.


If any want to turn up a little later we can wait around till 10:45am befor we convoy to southport.

My fault, should have read your post a bit better. I saw M65 and kinda switched off.

At the moment I can't actually be sure what time I'll be doing anything other than I will be in Southport by noon. I know the area well enough so I'll have no problems finding you all.

Just to be sure...is it end of m65 right at the end (only way to go) up to the next roundabout then right at the roundabout and first left at (traffic lights) then somewhere down there i guess ill find Mcd's

My 2.4 got us home from Cornwall today, it only took 11 Hours because of trafic on the M6!!!!! So I will definatly going to the BBQ next Sunday.

Meet up time on the beach is 11:30 AM to 12 noon.

BBQ to be for 2 PM then second BBQ is at 6 PM for those that want to stay longer.


if anyone wants to meet up on the way from the manchester end i will be at the Astley little chef on the East Lancashire road A580 at 9:45am
