What are the local council like for pets on the beach!!.


Lets say...two big dogs in the shape of horses!
The nieces have always said about possibly getting the horses on at Ainsdale

Just bring the GIRLS we dont need the HORSES for building SAND-CASTLES

Campsite

Colin, the best campsite in the area is Abbey Farm in Ormskirk (01695-572686). I have stayed there several times, excellent facilities, nice helpful owners. Only thing is its about 20 mins away from the beach, there are closer sites, but they are not as well maintained.

Got roped into making some reality TV programme for UK Style and its our 1st aniversary....might not be able to make it now.

CHRIS is doing a reccy this weekend as to where we can all meet before the SURF convoy heads for the beach. So keep your eyes peeled for more info.

Meet up time on the beach is 11:30 AM to 12 noon.

BBQ to be for 2 PM then second BBQ is at 6 PM for those that want to stay longer.

For those 'Northern Posse' who wish to meet up and travel south to the meet (read meat, on a bun wiv cheese), we can converge on the B and Q car park just off the end of the M65 (follow the motorway to the end, R at the Round about and R at the lights. Around the same time of 9:45am.

Erm, for those coming from Blackpool, I'll be going through Preston (in a convoy of probably one) around 10:15-10:30.
