front valence and aircon questions

Howdy ladies and gents, just a quick question. . .

due to 'incident' off road at the weekend i have removed the front valence below the bumper to prevent any more damage being done to it in case i ever want to sell.

BUT its got its MOT next week, do i need the valence on? will it fail on sharp edges or anything silly? or can i just leave it off, still have the bumper.

it looks like delboy gets away with it. . .

Also im thinking about removing the aircon so i can get rid of the silly rad above the bash plate on the bottom cos it just fills up with mud anyway and i've never used it, is this a simple enough unbolt job or do i need to be more careful about removing the whole system and gases etc. . . .

legally, you have to get the gas removed and flushed cosits not awfully good for the enviroment, on some older models, where the aircon hasnt worked for a while, its all escaped long ago...
