run them in a small diameter flexible conduit through the door, the rubber will squash to keep watertight... think codlord has a write up on his site...
will look like you've gone back in time to the 80s and wanna be colt severs!

                          Roof Lights

Hi l bought mine of ebay and got the wiring with it, after spending awhile trying to fit the original wiring l opted for my own method. l run a single power wire up the passenger "A" post behind the door rubber and the earth up the same way on the drivers side, l did not have to drill any holes for the wiring.

I have a full width Blue light bar for medic work and I just run the cable through the drivers door - It's a bit thick so it occasionally lets a dribble of water in but I only keep it on the truck when I'm working. I have been looking at doing a "through the body" fit.

Where are you in the "Potteries"??
