Gutted !

Pulled my baby into the multistory at work the other day and some little crettin decided to drive out of the space forwards instead of going backwards and ran straight into my truck killing my bull bar. It is just the crome that is damaged and a smashed trim but thats not the point.

He looked at it and decided to drive off not leaving any details.

Luckly for me, I work alongside with the nick and after reviewing CCTV footage, I watched it happen.

Unfortunatly for him, He didnt bother reporting it within 24 hours so my colleagues have his details after a perfect image of him in the car, with his girlfriend and the Reg appeared on the screens. He is now gonna get done under the road traffic act for not reporting it , (Classed as leaving the scene of the crime) and a few more strings were pulled with a caution .

So i am now looking for a replacment Toyota bull bar , not sure if i am gonna have to import or if Toyota will be able to get it for me.

Anyone know where they can be bought ???

Also , came accross this site. Anyone seen it before ?

Hi Deviant 1 - Sorry to hear about the damage to your truck. I live not too far from you at Long Newton. I replaced my original Toyota bull bar with a Roughtrax A bar and still have my original bar. It's in good condition apart from the holes in the top of the black plastic cover where I removed the spotlights to fit to my new bar. It has the number plate bracket on it as well.

Cheers Allan Ill let you know what happenes. Its only the crome trim each side that been damaged but no where seems to stock it on its own. Thats why i was looking for a full bar. I am not sure as yet if he is gonna go through his insurance or pay cash. or even if he's gonna pay up.
but i have a hunch he will
Must admit, i have been lookng at the ones on Roughtrax and was impressed but dont know what they will look like on. Seeing a picture doesnt give the full impression. But ........ Ill let you know
