Adding Pictures

I've done it before but despite doing a search I cannot post my pictures.
Got as far as having the files in the attach pictures box but cannot find the ADD THIS FILE button, anyone help me out?

manage attatchments.... browse... select pic... upload... close window...

upload button is the one you want

Upload brings the files from "my pictures" to the attach file box but I cannot get them from there to my post.

select the one you want and click OPEN

Done that and it just brings up a full screen picture.

Scroll down the page you are typing in, find the 'Manage Attachements' button. Click on this, new window opens, click on the browse button, find the file you want on your PC, double click it, then click on the upload button. You will see the file url once its uploaded. This may take some depending on you puta speed and the size of the file. When all done 'close this window' then submit your reply as usual.

Got it, problem was I expected to see some indication of the attachment on the preview post section but didn't get anything, just tried a test and worked ok .
