Are all Surfs meant to have a pull across boot space cover or not? does anyone know?

Not all have them, but if you have the brackets, then it came with one originally.

Its probably lying forgotten in someones shed or loft in Japan!

I went to the scrappy and took one out of a volvo and all the attachments.
Cut it down to size and removed the spring.(you cannot reach it from the back once it has wound back in, unless your name is "mr tickle")
Job done for a £5 and about 20 minutes work

Or being used as a roller front door . It would be the heavy duty one instead of the paper ones they have !
