  • Off road uk was national 4x4 show

    This is the event that is replacing the national 4x4 show that was held at Shuttleworth last year and what a great time we had there.
    For those who would like to come and meet more Surf owners and have a good weekend playing and drinking, this is the one to come to.

    Kirton Quarry nr. Kirton-in-Lindsey, Lincolnshire

    (18 miles north of Lincoln grid ref. SE944014)

    Held within an enormous 650 acre quarry just 3 miles south of the M180 motorway OFF-ROAD UK features everything you could possibly want at an off-road bash:- a 4-mile off-road Scenic Drive (ideal for novices), medium/hard/extreme 6x6 & 8x8 off-road courses, a massive Mud Run operated by Bronco Bunny Bashers (this too is a first, the longest Mud Run ever seen in the UK), 4x4 off-road passenger rides, manufacturer’s off-road demo course, amphibious vehicles, winching area, trade stands, radio control 4x4 models and off-road racing, club display area, military vehicles, camping, kids amusements, beer tent … and so much more.

                    jon paid the wedge for the weekend camping show and day off roading
                    over month ago now and had no reply from organisers is this normal??

                      I've had no reply about the club stand yet either. If I remember I will ring Tom
                      tomorrow and find out whats going on.

                        I have spoken to Tom who organises this event and he has told me that the event has had to be moved due to the quarry owners putting there rent up by 300%. He has found a new quarry for the event and will be sending out letters with the new details to every one who has all ready booked.
