3rd gen non starter

Hi guys. I've not been on here for a very long time.
I had my first surf back in 2002.
ATM I got a 3rd gen refusing to start. It's had new battery, alternator and starter and glow plug relays.
I'm now thinking a long the lines of starter motor. What do you guys think.
If I can get it started then I'll be breaking it for parts.

Is the starter motor trying to turn over at all?

If not, have you checked what voltage you're getting at the starter motor terminals when you turn the key? If that looks ok, then it probably is the starter motor, I'd guess.
