What is this?

What is this? Its something to do with the clutch,
As is leaking, is it necessary to keep it? Or it's ok to bypass it?
If not, where I can get one?

It's an Accumulator. Not sure, but I think they are supposed to make clutch operation smoother. I deleted mine and noticed no difference in clutch operation. Just get a suitable hose to connect both pipes together.
