2nd Gen 1995 hilux surf 3L turbo kzn130 has problem no diesel getting to injectors ecu ok fuses and relays ok changed spill valve still no go anybody else had this problem and whats the solution. Have read in one post that the spill valve has a relay passengers side behind glove box upper left side which i found ac relay plus two other relays so i pulled them out then tested the spill valve and still had power to both sides one side had 11.9v other was 9.9v so those relays aint for spill valve. Does this model have a spill valve relay
