Landcruiser master cylinder on 3rd gen Surf

As the title really. Does a brake master cylinder from a Landcruiser fit a kzn185 surf? They are both two stud fastening, and I know the brake line outlets are in a different place, but…. I need a master cylinder for my surf but cant find one anywhere. Not less than £350 anyway. Any help greatly appreciated.

RT are my go to place for parts. Im sure they will get more stock, but the Landcruiser item is half the price of a Surf item. There is lots of chatter on American forums about fitting a LC master cyl. to a surf as they are marginally larger bore, but that is generally to offroaders. Mine is still quite a tidy truck so didn't want any butchery. I wouldn't mind changing/renewing a couple of brake pipes (for example) if that would make it a straight fit on my Surf.
