How to fold rear seats flat? 96 Surf SSRX

Not sure how to fold the rear seats completely flat in my 1996 Hilux Surf SSRX, I’ve pulled the knobs on the seat that allow them to fold somewhat but I’m unsure if there is a way to fold the back seats completely flat.

On my '96, the back seat bases are hinged along the front edge. There's a webbing loop tucked in behind the back of the seat base, you pull on that and it unlatches the seat base, allowing it to be folded up behind the back of the front seat. Once that's done, the rear seat back can be folded down flat where the seat base was. Under the rear seats is where the bottle jack and handle lives, too.
