Hi bought a Hilux-pickup tuesday ordered a rear section of the handbrake cable at 3.45pm. Arrived at garage following morning at 10-30am cant complain about Milners service.

Just recieved my BJ's by post. Parcelforce sucks, bigtime! I think if i order from Roughtrax again, i will call them and ask them to use a different courier. I did call about the delay, and the woman was very nice on the phone. They mightn't send much stuff to Ireland, but i will suggest they use someone else.

Milners strike again. Ordered my idler arm on Monday. Recieved it this morning. Not bad. Hopefully this arm will last better than the Toyota arm i bought.

I ordered some rear brake shoes & Anti sway bar bushes from Roughtrax yesterday afternoon- they arrived via Parceline at 8:00am (nearly too early- I was still brushing my teeth!!).

I've ordered a few things in the past from Milners, but last time the service wasn't so grand.

I'd ordered a steering damper, filter kit, pitman arm, and set of glow plugs. Package arrived promptly, minus pitman arm. Quick call to them goes along the lines:

Me: I've got everything I ordered minus the pitman arm.
Mil: Are you sure?

Me: Yep.
Mil: They're not very big, it could be in another box.

Me: Definitely not there, Pitman arms aren't exactly small either.
Mil: We'll get back to you.

An hour later:

Mil: I've checked with despatch and they've sent it to you in the box.
Me: DEFINITELY not here.

Mil: Is it ticked off the list.
Me: Yep, but not here.

Mil: Our stock levels are correct and they say you have it.
Me: I'm not exactly going to lie over such a simple cheap item.

Mil: Even though are stocks are right, we'll send another.
Me: I'll not hold my breath.

Anyway, true to their word they did send one so I'll stick with them.
