Heater slow to heat and tepid

Hi, my 3rd gen hearing is slow to warm and doesn’t really get hot just mildly warm. Takes about 15mins to mildly warm the car on a average autumn uk day! Harsh winter is a concern! Occasionally I get no heat at all until I switch engine off and restart. Car thermo seems ok as no overheating. Fan blows! Any ideas?

Flush the system, do mine yesterday working fine now.

I have the same problem. But I do not get the way to resolve. maybe it just need the time
