This light keeps flickering then staying on intermittently
I've not submerged the jeep

You are lucky, I don't look on here often, but that's water in the fuel filter warning, there's a drain tap
at the bottom of the filter, but for the cost just renew it, don't forget to fill the filter before fitting it and
don't rev the engine whilst starting, just let it tick over for a few minuets.
